    Confidential one-to-one coaching for senior leaders, executives, and emerging leaders operating in complex, governance-led environments.

    Coaching supports clarity of thinking, confident decision-making, leadership presence, and deliberate action.

    • One-to-one coaching sessions (typically 60 minutes)

    • Scenario-based reflection and sense-making

    • Practical actions and leadership experiments

    • Optional light email support between sessions

    • Session by session: $290 per session

    • Annual coaching package: $3,000 per annum

    FULL-DAY GOVERNANCE TRAINING

    A facilitated, interactive full-day workshop designed to strengthen governance capability and effectiveness. Sessions are tailored to organisational context and focus on practical governance, role clarity, and strategic thinking.

    • Pre-session briefing and contextual tailoring

    • Full-day facilitated workshop

    • Governance roles, responsibilities, and boundaries

    • Strategic vs operational clarity

    • Practical tools, frameworks, and shared language

    • Optional post-session summary or recommendations

    Full-day training (6–8 hours): $5,500

    HALF-DAY TRAINING OR FACILITATION

    A focused, time-efficient intervention to address a specific governance, leadership, or strategic issue. Ideal where targeted progress and alignment are required.

    • Clarification of session objectives

    • Tailored facilitation design

    • Interactive workshop or facilitated discussion

    Half-day training (3–4 hours): $3,000

    HOURLY ADVISORY SERVICES (GOVERNANCE & STRATEGY)

    Flexible, on-demand access to senior governance and strategy expertise for chairs, CEOs, board members, and senior leaders seeking trusted, independent advice.

    • One-to-one advisory sessions (virtual or in person)

    • Review of relevant context and materials

    • Strategic discussion and problem-solving

    • Independent perspective and challenge

    Hourly advisory rate: $300 per hour
