Crogan Consulting – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Crogan Consulting reserves time, capacity, and preparation for all confirmed engagements. This policy ensures fairness, clarity, and sustainability for both parties, and applies to coaching, advisory services, training, and facilitation engagements, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • •         50% of the total fee is payable on confirmation of the engagement.

  • •         The remaining 50% is payable on completion of the engagement.

  • •         Work will not be scheduled until the initial payment has been received.

  • •         The initial payment reflects preparation, design, and reserved professional capacity.

INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP COACHING & HOURLY ADVISORY SERVICES

  • •         Cancellations and rescheduling with more than 72 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • •         Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • •         Non-attendance without notice will be charged in full.

TRAINING & FACILITATION (HALF-DAY AND FULL-DAY)

On confirmation of engagement:

  • •         50% of the total fee is payable and is non-refundable.

  • •         Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice:

  • •         The initial 50% payment is retained.

  • •         No further fees are payable.

Cancellations with 7–14 days’ notice:

  • •         75% of the total fee is payable (an additional 25% invoiced).

Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice:

  • •         100% of the total fee is payable.

POSTPONEMENTS

  • •         One postponement may be accommodated subject to availability.

  • •         Where postponement occurs within 7 days of the scheduled date, a 25% rebooking fee applies.

  • •         Further postponements will be treated as cancellations.

EXPENSES

  • •         Any costs incurred on behalf of the client (including travel, accommodation, venues, or materials) are payable regardless of cancellation or postponement.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

  • •         Any variation to this policy is at the sole discretion of Crogan Consulting and must be confirmed in writing.
